Kris was born and raised in Texas. He is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He began his law enforcement career in 1997. Kris has worked in patrol, vice and narcotics, and training. Kris promoted to Lieutenant in 2018. Kris has been married to his beautiful wife Callie since 1996. Kris and Callie are blessed with two amazing sons, Colby and Cameron. Kris began hunting dove and quail at a very young age and fell in love with it. Kris was introduced to deer hunting later in life and it is now his true passion.
Justin has been in law enforcement since 2007. Justin has spent time as a patrol officer, a detective in vice and narcotics, a high intensity street crimes unit, and is currently a patrol sergeant. Prior to entering law enforcement, Justin attended the University of North Texas where he received a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Justin has been happily married to his wife Danielle, who is a 4th grade school teacher, since 2011. Justin has over 20 years hunting experience. He grew up hunting deer and duck in southern Arkansas, Oklahoma, and east and central Texas. Since his early years, Justin has hunted several species of game in several different states. His most memorable hunt to date took place on a west Texas mule deer hunt. Justin spotted and killed a mountain lion as well as a very nice muley. This hunt was documented in an article written by Justin and published in the Texas Trophy Hunters Journal.
